Record measurements and review progress
Measurements are not just numbers — they are the story of the patient's progress. Record each follow-up in their file so you see change over time, not just the latest number.
Updated for the current Clynevia workspace · 2026-08-27What you will learn
- Record measurements from each follow-up
- Read the weight trend over time
- Handle missing data correctly
Add a measurement
- Open the patient record.
- Go to Body Reports.
- Choose + New Report.
- Enter the measurement date (important so the timeline is correct) and available values — weight, fat mass, muscle mass, body fat%, BMI, BMR, visceral fat, total body water.
- Save — the measurement adds to the timeline automatically.
Read the trend
Use the comparison of current vs. previous report (with colored deltas ↑↓) and the history data table in the record to see the trend — is weight dropping steadily? Are values improving? Do not rely on the latest number alone, because it might be an outlier day. The trend tells you the real story.
Missing data
You do not need every value at every visit — record only what you actually measured, and leave the rest blank. Do not guess or estimate, because that ruins the accuracy of the record. Missing measurements are better than wrong measurements.
