Share or print a patient plan

Finished the plan? Now you need to deliver it to the patient in a way that reflects your work — a clean WhatsApp link, or a printed copy with your clinic identity. Review the preview first, then choose the right method.

What you will learn

  • Share the plan via a WhatsApp link
  • Print the plan with a branded template
  • Review the plan before sending
01

Share with a link

  1. Open the completed patient plan.
  2. Choose Share and create a plan link — a unique link for this plan is generated.
  3. Open the link once to see it the way the patient will see it — check the days, meals, and instructions.
  4. Tap the "Send via WhatsApp" button that opens WhatsApp with the link pre-filled, or copy the link manually and paste it into your clinic WhatsApp message. The link opens without the patient needing an account.
02

Print the plan

  1. Open print preview from the plan.
  2. Choose the appropriate print template (there are different templates based on the details you want to show).
  3. Review the page flow, clinic identity (name, color, brand initial letter), and visible values.
  4. Print directly or save a PDF from the browser print dialog — you can send the PDF instead of printing if you prefer.
03

Before sending

Check the patient name, plan date, instructions (especially if there are important notes), and visible values (calories, protein, etc.). The link opens for the patient without needing to log in or create an account — they just open it and see their plan. This saves the patient extra steps and delivers the plan professionally.
