An active client is any client with an active nutrition plan or appointment in the last 90 days. Active client count is calculated at the start of each month for billing.
Yes. You can upgrade or move to a higher tier, add feature bundles, or change seat count at any time. Changes apply from the next month.
If you exceed your active client limit (50) you'll need to upgrade. We'll send a notification when you're approaching the limit before applying any charges.
Displayed prices do not include VAT. Tax will be added based on your clinic location and local regulations at billing.
