We firmly believe your clinic data belongs exclusively to you. You can request a complete export of your clinic records in standard formats at any time for external use, backup, or record-keeping.

Available Export Formats

Excel Files (.xlsx)

Optimized for structured numerical records, tabular reviews, or imports into spreadsheets:

• Patient Directory (Name, contact details, onboarding date)
• Body Metrics & Anthropometric Logs (Weight, height, body fat, muscle mass)
• Nutrition Plans (Meals, ingredients, calorie targets, macronutrient breakdowns)
• Appointment Logs (Date, consultation status, clinical notes)

Word Documents (.docx)

Optimized for formatted reports, clinical summaries, and printed documentation:

How to Request Data Export

1. Send your request from your registered email address to clynevia@gmail.com specifying:
   • Clinic name and registered administrator email
   • Scope of data needed (Complete clinic archive or specific patient records)
   • Preferred file format (Excel, Word, or both)
2. We will verify your administrative credentials as the clinic owner
3. Our team will package your archive and securely dispatch the files within 5 business days

In the Current Early Access Phase: Data export is fulfilled manually upon request. A self-serve Export Data button within clinic settings—allowing on-demand instant downloads—is an upcoming feature scheduled for our general public release.

Important Notes

• Data export is restricted strictly to authorized clinic owners and administrators.
• You may request a comprehensive archive or a targeted slice (e.g., specific date ranges or individual patient files).
• Exported archives are encrypted with a password delivered via a separate secure communication channel.
• Exporting records does not delete them from the workspace. If you wish to delete data permanently, please visit the Data Deletion page.
• Your data remains your intellectual property, and we guarantee your right to portability at all times.
